AIX/RS6000 支持多種撥號訪問的方法.如PPP/SLIP等，但其配置較為復雜.現介紹一種使用WIN95的超級終端Hyper Terminal訪問RS/6000的方法
RS/6000 端:
1. 定義tty, 並設置enable login , flow control=rts
2. 編輯/etc/uucp/Devices, 加入一行:Direct tty# - 9600 direct
3. 連接Modem到tty# port
4. #pdisable tty#
5. #cu -ml tty#
6. at<---/
7. ats0=1
8. ~.<----/
9. penable tty#
WIN95/98 端:
撥號方問RS/6000
